The Tao of Eric

Laugh. A lot.

Laugh big and hard, and with your whole body.

No joke is too corny or too raunchy to be repeated.

Embrace your friends and family physically and emotionally. Pick them up and swing them around, if you can.

Dance with abandon, using not just your body, but even your face.

Practice monogamy with your spouse, but be promiscuous in loving your friends.

Look at your mate with love and admiration and it will be reflected back at you.

See the best in every one.

When it comes to human injustice, practice righteous indignation.

Know the priorities of your life and live them fully.

Do everything. The only things to regret in life are the things you haven’t done.

Stand up for others, but don’t forget to stand up for yourself.

Know that you are perfect just the way you are.
